Creative Work Outline

Our creative piece, which is an animation, revolves around what Joanna encounters after having relationships with females. As our project focuses on patriarchy in the lesbian community, we interviewed Joanna with questions concerning gender equality in the community. Since heterosexual relationships are the mainstream in the society, it is really interesting to know whether lesbian relationships will consist of any heteronormative elements. After interviewing Joanna, we turned her life story into a simple animation which tells what changed her mind when she grew up. We think it is the most direct and the clearest way to deliver her transformation to the audience.
